| The Trastevere Table was named for a picturesque area on the west bank of the Tiber. A table not unlike the type that might have been placed outside a popular “trattoria” with bowls of steaming pasta, plates of thinly sliced prosciutto with melon, good bread, rich olive oil, and carafes of sparkling red and white wine. |
